Driving Itinerary

Hi all

Planing on renting a car and would like some ideas where to go

We have lots of time on our stop here

Interests, snorkeling, caves maybe, beach time, historical sites, any and all that may be fun

We have our own snorkeling gear so we first attempted to go to hiking at the national park but missed the cutoff by 5 minutes (10am).  We then drove to Playa Piscado and snorkeled with a lot of turtles and out to see the statues.  We next stopped to get some snacks and drinks and headed to Hato Caves.  Luckily we were in a small group of 10 so tour was nice.  We then drove to Directors bay and had some unbelievable snorkeling and then to Tugboat beach for more snorkeling.  We have been to Curacao before and in our opinion these 3 spots are the best snorkeling on Curacao.  If you do do Directors Bay, go around rocks to the right.  THAT'S where the unbelievable snorkeling is.

Also, pin any places you want to go on google maps then download it before your trip.  Because this map will work with no signal.  I'm not sure of what you are using to navigate but it's what we do.

That's good.  Because we have had some adventures with rentals with no GPS!  We always have a plan b...😁
