First time visiting Costa Maya - Sightseeing Excursion/Tour recommendation

My wife and I are visiting Costa Maya for the first time. Can you recommend/suggest a sightseeing tour or excursion to help us see the highlights of the port (food, sights, and/or animals)? We are 50+ years old and in average shape so we are okay with some walking. Not looking to lounge at the beach the whole time. Thanks

Costa Maya isn’t exactly a sightseeing port other than an excursion to the ruins. It is possible to combine that with a Mayan lunch or stop at Bacalar Lagoon.
