The HIA Plan for Hawaii Cruises

Wondering if HAL is offering the HIA plan including the ppd gratuities  on Koningsdam for Hawaii cruises ? Does any one know if this is the case ?

HIA with the gratuities usually comes up only as an early booking bonus. I'm not sure what constitutes "early." Maybe 2-3 months after the cruise is listed.

I'm pretty sure it's within 90 days (so 3 months). It's a great deal when you can get it!

I learned last trip that HAL offers upgraded HIA on some cruises as well (but I'm not sure if it's only when booked onboard). The "extra" HIA included gratuities, upgraded internet, and the upgraded drinks package. as well as the excursion/dining packages. This is a fantastic value.

There are Hawaiian  cruises for late 2024 and early 2025 that have an early booking bonus HIA package. This package includes among other things gratuities.

HAL ran a special last July where the HIA package included gratuities and we re-booked our 35-day trip on the Koningsdam for Hawaii and the Pacific islands in February 2024
