I know I can bring my own sticks on. What about my cutter and torch lighter?  Or best to pre-cut and matches?

absolutely no problem bring them on the ship.

No problem getting them on the ship.  The only problem you may encounter is trying to get them on a plane.  You can always pack your cutter in your checked baggage.  The torch lighter may be a problem.  I usually leave the torch at home and buy a "Bic" when I get to where I'm going.
