Frustration with Casino Royale 2023 Tier Credit

So I've been prime for a few years now and inquired about using my 2023 benefit for a cruise later this year.  I used the redeem option, since calls were taking so long.  This was over a week ago and i've received nothing, yet my 2023 Tier Offer is now gone.  I cruised in April and already earned for 2024 and when calling the rep could not understand what I was saying.

 

Anyone else attempt to use their Tier offer and hear nothing, yet have their offer disaappear.  I try to be patient but waiting over a week and having the offer disappear is kinda crazy.

 

I'm on hold again, but has anyone else had this happen?

I've only used the Redeem online function once, and my request was processed in just a day or two.  I prefer to call so that I can instantly confirm availability or select another cruise if there's no space.

 

Hold times on the Signature telephone line were about an hour yesterday.  

 

That your offer has "disappeared" from the listing of your offers, may mean that someone is working on yours, as the first step is for them to apply the offer:  it immediately is removed with a refresh of your screen.

 

You may try calling the regular reservation line and making an inquiry about the booking, providing your ship & sail date along with name?  They may find it, then you can ask for the confirmation to be emailed.  The annual cruise offers were just posted within the past few weeks, so if there's a high volume of bookings, there may be a backlog for processing and zeroing out the rate.

I've done mine a couple of times using the Redeem function without a problem. I received an email and could see the cruise listed on my Royal Caribbean page within a day or two.

I have never had an issue redeeming mine. When did your offer "disappear" from your list? Its possible that they have booked the res and you have not gotten your reservation # yet. Have you checked your list of cruises in the app/website.

UPDATE:  They did book me, but never shared it back to me.  After my call they sent the invoice and the upgrade fee was far beyond what I wanted to pay (different than the day I reviewed online).  Good news is I was easily able to cancel and my Tier credit is showing as an option again.
