Any solution to getting an approved refund?

I had to cancel an MSC cruise and was told I would get my refund in 15 days.  It's been over 3 months. They keep telling me that my SWIFT  info is incorrect, but my bank keeps confirming that there is no problem on their end.   MSC refuses to credit the account that paid for it. Any suggestions?

Did you pay by credit card?  If so, dispute the charge. Three months is ridiculous. You are getting the run around. If you paid by debit, call your bank and ask about your options.

Took me over a year and a half for a refund and I had to have a large TA step in on my behalf.

That's another reason to always use a TA.
