HAL Private Fares - how do I find them?

From time to time, HAL sends us an email, with 'Exclusive' or 'Private' fares.  Email says we need to log on to see them.  When I log on, the fares on the HAL website are same as before - no discount showing.  Is there a way, once logged on, that I can find these fares?

Thanks in advance.

@weeislaymanI click on the link in the email.IMG_7439.thumb.jpeg.61a9696b6fe11b8c6635fc36a55f2f8a.jpeg

Then I view the cruises and private fares WITHOUT logging in.IMG_7438.thumb.jpeg.6eadc80b43f3f0411fa1b787d51922cf.jpegThen I call I call my PCC and have her help me decide if it is actually a good price and make sure the deposit is refundable. These fares do not include HIA and I always add HIA (and on Pinnacle ships Club Orange).

In order to get these private fares you need to receive an email.  There will be a list of cruises for free inside cabins.  The only thing you'll pay is port taxes and fees.  I month or so ago I received one of these emails and booked a 22 day Antarctica cruise on the Oosterdam next January and all I paid was taxes and fees.  Today I was able to purchase HIA for $50/day.  It wouldn't work on my Safari browser, message said fare didn't qualify, so someone mentioned to try a different browser.  Tried Firefox, bingo, it worked.  These emails contain a 3 letter code you must mention when you call and also give them your HAL past cruise number.

I’ve gotten many private fares and there is never a free inside.  It sounds to me like you are talking about a casino promo or something like that.

@breakiron I wish they offered me a free inside cabin.  I look at every private sale email I receive and there has never been a cabin offered for free.  I booked the same SA & Antarctic cruise you are on through a HAL private sale but it was still thousands of dollars.

I believe you said on another thread you didn’t gamble but I agree with @Florida_gal_50 it sounds like a casino offer.  If not, how do I get one?

I know others have said the same, they don’t gamble so who knows the criteria.

I never find great deals on the private fares , the DH receives casino fares offers. In both cases i don’t see the fares until I get to the final page and it asks me to sign in again, as him.  Lately the reduced fares are not very good.  Now he does occasionally get free offers from the casino as of yet we haven’t sailed any.

No casino promo, I don't gamble.  Did a 10 night cruise on the Rotterdam last Halloween.  They were offering $200 inside or outside cabin.  I had $600 in cruise credits and HAL didn't even charge me the port taxes and fees.  Kicker is about 10 days before the cruise received an email offering an obstructed balcony view cabin for $99.  Since I was going alone I paid $198.  Even received an extra cruise day because of Hurricane Nicole.  When I received an email for the Antarctica cruise for January I couldn't pick up the phone fast enough!  When you get these offers there is a 3 letter code and when you call you give them the code along with your mariner number.  I'm sure these deals are capacity controlled so if you get one of these emails call right away!

I too would like to know it's so frustrating. You just have to randomly come across fares while you're searching and what's even more frustrating is I 3 star Mariner get different quotes on their site than my sister 2 star Mariner, hers come up as private fares mine do not.
