Inside cabin on Discovery 2

Hi All the Discovery 2 experts.

 

This is our first time in an inside cabin.

We have slightly upgraded to decks  6,7 or 8.

Is it worthwhile paying the extra to pick your cabin or are the inside cabins much the same, not only for position but, noise, access or handiness to the leisure decks .

We have only had a balcony cabin but love 6074 or nearby.  It's very handy for the coffee port and the atrium but is quiet. We've also been in the same area on deck 7 if that helps.

Personally prefer the lower decks and therefore we don't upgrade.  Nice to be almost straight out to atrium.
