We tried to go to The Skull (#1 bar in GIB on TripAdvisor) but it’s closed til 1. Guy setting up was super nice though, opened the door so I could get a pic of this sign, which he was very proud of

we are a good mile and a half walk from the ship. I feel like ships coming in here is a big deal (we are the only one)

The urinals almost touch. I went to the far one, right as I “begin” a British fella walks in. Stops, turns, and says “if I go in, you’ll never get out!”

Nowhere in Europe so far takes your credit card. They just bring the device to the table or hold it across the bar and you tap. Even hole in the wall places

TBH it's been that way in Europe for decades. I first went to Europe in the early 80's and they already had the handheld credit card machines.
