Can't get boarding pass to print!

i admit I'm technically challenged.  Luggage tags printed.  Boarding pass won't.  It's white and I can't click on it to print!!!

Thanks everyone!  I had to get a new printer and I'm the first to admit I'm technically challenged!   After days of trying and failing to get it hooked up to my laptop including live chats with canon, I had son#1 come over.  Hooked it up, printed luggage tags, left and I decided to print boarding pass while printer was still working lol and.......nada, zip.....PANIC.....Son. COME BACK!!!!!!  Decided I'd ask here first and so glad I did.  I check in 6/3.  I hope I won't be bothering y'all again at 12:02 am that day!  THANKS AGAIN. 👏

lol also dont worry i left them in a folder at home , and they printed them out for me in 1 min, at the pier.once

When boarding the inaugural celebration cruise there were many people that couldnt print there boarding passes. There was a young lad in the line up that was able to print a mini boarding pass... just asked for your name. I expect every port has this ability
