Belize City Cruise Port

We will be cruising into the Belize City cruise port. Are there any Taxi, or Vans that will take us on a tour, or can you recommend a service in that area to take us on a tour?

There are several vendors listed on these boards that have excursions.  While there are taxis outside the terminal, you need to know where you want to go.

 

And just a question for you @beshears.  Haven't you been to all these places before?  Seem to recall you asking similar questions a while back.

We have a tour booked from the ship in the afternoon. Is it worth going to shore in the morning?

Tourism Village is basically your standard cruise port shopping.  But there is a Belize sign and the light house at one end of the village for picture taking.  Plus the Wet Lizard has excellent conch fritters.

Crewsweaper, yes you are right, I have been to Belize before, but it was NOT yesterday, and trying to "remember" the many ports I have been to through the years can be difficult at times. Also, things DO change down through the  years.
