HAL Pier in Quebec City

Where does HAL usually dock in Quebec City?  I'm seeing conflicting info re: it either being piers 21, 22 or 30.  Zuiderdam in September.  The official port schedule does not specify a pier at this point.  Thanks,

upcoming cruises it shows pier 22  but that could change  depending on what other ships are in port
