We are going with another couple who I have linked on my RCCL account. Can I check them in also as they don't want to sit up until midnight to check in? Thanks.

Yes, you can. If you do it on the app, you can just grab a check-in time for them and then they can fill the rest out later on. That will save you having to input all their details as well as your own.
