Best Direct Transportation to SF Cruise Port

Hello:

 

We will be taking a Thanksgiving Princess cruise this year with a big group; one group will be coming from the East Bay (Tri Valley area) and another from the Peninsula. In our group (likely about 12-15 people so far) will be some mobility-challenged people and children; we are looking for the easiest and quickest way to get to the SF cruise port (not BART). 

 

I am thinking either shuttle service (either from both the East Bay and Peninsula, so 2 shuttles; or maybe a park and ride option near SFO?).

 

Any suggestions? Thanks!
