some tours no longer listed

we are booked on the British Isles cruise in sept on DCL----when checking our tours there was quite a few for each port

yet monday when we were able to book the tours theres only a handful to pick from

there just gone--theres a few that say sold out 

for example for each port there were around 6 tours where you could book a private car--those dont show up for any port

just wondering why all of a sudden they were taken down

sounds like they are sold out.   this is a common issue on Disney where higher status passengers get first pick and the tours sell out.

I know for ours there were lots on the website that they said they offered yet when it was time they were not all there.  So I guess on their website it's just an idea of what might be available???

If you're on the general DCL website and click on the link to see excursions, yes, it's generally the excursions that have been offered in the past (and may be offered again).  To see specifically what excursions are available on your specific cruise you have to do it through your reservation.

This exactly happened to me. We are booked for the July 15-22, 2023 European cruise and we chose this cruise mainly of our trip to Fatima at Lisbon. There was a "Private Van" excursion for 9 hours or so that we were hoping to book.  This was offered before the excursion opened up for booking. When it did though,  the "Private Van " excursion was not available for booking. I then re-visited the DCL website excursion to locate that certain excursion and took down the exact Port adventure name and given code and contacted DCL directly via email to request for that certain Port Adventure.  DLC was kind enough to be able to provide us the exact Port Adventure. The caveat is that payment will need to be done on time of booking and it was not refundable.

Then click on the Blue highlighted Request Form

The excursions listed on the website are for any of the sailings to that port, the excursions for your specific cruise/port are found under the Add activities.

Example, There are a ton of activities at Castaway Cay, but some might not be available for your specific cruise. The web site will have them all listed, but when you go to "Add Activities" only the excursions that are available for your cruise are listed. Everything that is "sold out" is at the bottom of the list.
