I seen this on Disney Cruise Line Import date planing calculator tool is show that Concierge level guests: can book 123 days before their sail date, starting at midnight Eastern US time. Does mean I be to booked on February 2nd 2024 for palo or Remy and the port adventures. I live in wales in United Kingdom.

You should be contacted by shoreside concierge before your date and you'll need to send them an email with your requests -at midnight eastern time. They will fulfill requests in the order received AS LONG AS the email is sent at midnight eastern time.

 

And as long as you're paid in full. They won't book anything for you if you're not paid in full by that date even if the official paid in full date is later than that.
