krazy4kruisin Posted June 4, 2023 #1 Share Posted June 4, 2023 Are the assigned boarding time enforced? Ours shows a 12:30 boarding time. If we get there an hour early will be be allowed to board? We always try to be on board as early as possible.

Rare Cruise Raider Posted June 4, 2023 #3 Share Posted June 4, 2023 (edited) We normally cruise from a U.S. west coast port and haven’t seen them enforced yet. It may vary in other embarkation ports. Edited June 4, 2023 by Cruise Raider

Rare Rick&Jeannie Posted June 4, 2023 #5 Share Posted June 4, 2023 This *might* change at any time...you never know, but we have never seen it enforced.
Steelers36 Posted June 4, 2023 #6 Share Posted June 4, 2023 if you have booked a Suite or a Reserve Mini, or are Captain's Circle Platinum or Elite, you can ignore any boarding groups/times and show up at your convenience - regardless of any checking of same. We’ve not encountered any check on arrivals groups from the US ports. You are fine.
krazy4kruisin Posted June 4, 2023 Author #8 Share Posted June 4, 2023 I should have specified departing from Seattle. Thank you all for your replies. This is our first cruise in about 10 years. So excited. Can not wait to walk the gang plank to board ship. However, I will say that I will miss that "Ding" when we had to insert our room card...... Happy Sailing to you all!
pink845 Posted June 5, 2023 #9 Share Posted June 5, 2023 On the Majestic few weeks back. Embarkation was a disaster. We all sat there with no announcements until five minutes prior to boarding when a guy appeared and walked through the hordes yelling Elite, Platinum, this way. Total silliness. No boarding times respected in Vancouver.
