Barbados Transfers from Hotel to Cruise Terminal and from cruise Terminal to airport

We will be on a cruise from Barbados to Barbados and will need transfers from Hotel to ship and from ship to Airport. I just read that you might have to exit terminal to meet transfers and that to the ship might drop off at port and not at ship. Any suggestions as my husband cannot walk a long distance.

No problem……

One’s Cruise Line usually organise a golf cart (or the like) for every port with a distance to walk.  Just give them a call. 
Know Barbados did operate a shuttle bus to/from ship to/from the Cruise Terminal/Duty Free, only a short walk to/from the private taxi collect/drop point.

Thinking about a Barbados to Barbados cruise just wondering about the flights from GA. Sadly Delta doesn't fly there.

Try American that is what we are flying from Tx. The only issue we have is the connections in Miami are very tight so staying over one night in Miami going ang returning just to be safe.
