We were in and out of the restaurant in about 75 minutes every night. And we always have three courses, sometimes four. I suspect some folks never even go back and see the Asian station. May - on every Viking cruise there is a different personality! We’ve seen things go completely different on each cruise. Sometimes MDR goes great, sometimes it takes forever.
