Why do two out of the 3 people boarding Saturday downloaded the pictures and the third persons photo WILL NOT download?

I have been trying for 2 days, so frustrated.

We made our pictures and they dont show in the app.

I did not have an issue uploading photos for 3 passengers on same booking Koningsdam Nov '22 or Nieuw Statendam Feb '23.

We had no problem uploading photos for our Westerdam cruise.  However, if you don't get it done it is no biggie and the embarkation staff (at the port) will simply take your picture.

It never matters if I do it or not, my picture always gets taken again.  It’s not mandatory.

We also had trouble on our recent cruise.  The pics would not upload.  Two days prior to sailing I went to try again and the photos were indeed there.

Our pictures have not been taken recently - the ones we uploaded have been used. If they weren't available (ie we were not able to load them) then they took one. This is our experience in San Diego, FLL and Seattle.

I had my photo taken at the Cruise Terminal, just before embarkation.  This was 3 weeks ago.  Simple.  Easy.  Nothing to worry about.

 

On another note.. the following day, NIKON stock lost 73% of it's value!

They didn't have my dad's photo even after we boarded. They just told us to go to guest services at some point and get his photo taken. It took no time at all.

Oh goodness  - I thought we'd gotten past this, or at least beat it beyond dead, but looks like VeriFLY has more lives than the neighborhood feral cats!! Just logged in to HALs website to search excursions and look what greated me!!

This was just now. Has anyone else seen this lately?

And, yes, I know I can ignore it, but why do they continue to push it instead of just removing it?

This...have never uploaded a picture. Hasn't hindered us at all...

Because their IT department hasn’t finished with kindergarten yet and they can’t find the plug to unplug it.
