anyone had refund on travel expenses for canceled Japan bookings 2023?

Hello.  It has been a while since we submitted our air cancellation costs to Celebrity for our October 23 lift and shift 2 cruises.  Has anyone received a refund yet and was it on the original credit card or a check?

We were not involved that that situation but all the refunds we have  received from Celebrity have all been refunds to the credit card, we have never received a check.

I think the issue here is these were bookings made outside of Celebrity.  So how would Celebrity now for sure where to credit it?  Original poster should be contacting Celebrity about this, maybe they have to specify how they want the refund?

Unless Celebrity took the charge for the air fare in the first place, it would have to be a check...

I assume these were booked separately or they wouldn't have had to submit their costs.  Celebrity would have already had that info.  Also not sure how Celebrity handled the air portion since a lot of it is fully refundable until final payment anyway.
