Hi, we are supposed to board Marina at 12:30 today but decided to stop and see Stonehenge since we don’t know when we might get back this way.  We won’t ah e any problem boarding late, will we? Will get there closer to 2:30.  I think we will miss lunch and I’m already hungry, but alas, when the hub is willing to do something off the agenda I grab the chance!  Thanks.

The ship leaves at 5:00, you should be fine.

Just to follow up, we drove almost 2 hours out of the way to see Stonehenge and it was closed due to a 25,000+ person Summer Solstice event last night. And I’m still hungry.

Waves should be open for a bite to eat.  Enjoy your cruise

New to cruising here, only been on 2 before and both on Oceania. On Embarkation day, once you have checked in and went onboard, are you allowed to then get off the ship on Embarkation day? I was just wondering as have a cruise next July and we do not sail on Embark day until 11:00 PM and would seem like a great opportunity to get off the ship and enjoy the port city some more.

Thanks! That is good to know.  This will be in Oslo so hopefully will allow a bit more time to see a few more sights.
