Symphony- concierge-sky

Recommended Posts

Hi,

we are onboard symphony of seas in sky class suite. It’s day 3 and we still have not seen our concierge is this normal? We did see some concierges in suite lounge and some did send an email pre-cruise but I seem to recall in the past they would pop in the suites to see if we needed anything, they helped escort you off ship, etc. but maybe I’m getting confused with celebrity.

not a big deal and service in suite lounge is great, just curious

No the concierges hold desk hours in the suite lounge. They will help with disembarkation but generally you have to go talk with them or you will receive a letter in your room. Only star class has genies with personalized cabin service.

We have never had a concierge visit our suite. We have received information from them about escorting people off at port of calls and end of cruise. There should be a welcome letter explaining everything and giving you their hours.

Ok, thanks. We did get escorted off this morning. You meet them in lounge and follow them but doesn’t really save time as you end up in same line as everyone. If you’re staying on deck 17 (same as lounge) the big benefit is they block an elevator so you don’t have to wait for elevators which sometimes can be long

Usually they put you at the front of the line though, which saves time. Anthem handles ports of call better. You meet in Wonderland which is beside where you exit the ship and you leave before everyone.
