Upgrading drink package

I was advised that it is $20USD plus 20% gratuity per day to upgrade the package onboard and that I can request my captain’s club discount. I thought in order to get the discount applied, I have to do it before we sail? Please advise and I will call back if I need to…

The Captains Club benefits say discount is for pre-cruise upgrading.

There have been post that on board they were charged the $20 + 20%

The cruise planner for your cruise as there is a sale that has discounts on some items on some sailings.  Possibly the upgrade??
