Celebrity transfer from Venice to Ravenna

Hello, has anyone used Celebritys transfer from Venice to Ravenna? 
 

Staying at Rialto hotel but unclear how to get to where bus pick up is. 
Will have luggage but don’t want to have to pay a high taxi from hotel to where bus pick-up is. 
 

Any help appreciated. Thank you

Ask on the Ports of Call board for Italy as to where a bus would pick up.  I suspect it is either Piazzale Roma or Tronchetto.  Since there aren’t land taxis, it would be a water taxi.  EM

We have the Xfer from the VCE airport to the ship at 1:30p;  Maximizes our time in venice
