Rare Murray's Pop Posted July 8, 2023 #1 Share Posted July 8, 2023 It's been a few years since we have been on the Eurodam. Do they still do the fixed late dining in the Upper Dining Room?

CruiserBruce Posted July 8, 2023 #3 Share Posted July 8, 2023 Mostly. Depends on demand for fixed and open. High demand in one can force use of both decks for that type of dining. For example, we had open seating, but due to high demand, we ended up eating on Deck 3 many nights.
SuzWillCruise Posted July 8, 2023 #4 Share Posted July 8, 2023 On our cruise two weeks ago we had fixed early and were in the upper. (We were at a table for two surrounded by large tables, some of which had small children who weren’t really ready for prime time yet. It was not what we really wanted to celebrate our anniversary. I think we need to pick a non “school is out” date to celebrate in the future!)

My husband is retired so we usually cruise in May. However, with Alaska and our anniversary, I picked July. Non school out is usually our go too also. sseibert3 Posted July 19, 2023 #6 Share Posted July 19, 2023 Just returned on July 8th. I did not notice an exceptional number of youngsters on this trip. We were also fixed time early - 5PM. Table for two on the rail. Scott

I was upstairs on Eurodam, at a table for 8, and there were mostly large tables near us. I don't remember seeing any two tops in the middle of those tables, but I can see how it would be busy just being nearby. Even without kids there's more bustle around a large table. I know a lot of people post that it’s at 5:30 which I knew was wrong so thanks for providing correct information.
