Something is definitely up. Flick tonight. Stools are back out. Showtime is in 15 and there’s no screen for the usual Flick preshow game, etc…. Again, this is the most stable sailing possible on glass like seas…

I was sweating in the casino annex. Whole ship feels on the warm side at the moment. It was so hot and humid in port today, hoping that’s why and it’ll cool off as we go on. 
 

meanwhile, I’m doing a little reading in the room to cool down and see if I have it in me to attack the night and make the deck party/serenity nights, both of which I enjoy. The burgers and heat might have done me in. TBD.

I haven’t seen Cole Parker before, and with Playlist taking the cruise off so far, I bet that’s a big crowd…

 

 

that said, crap. I mean, I did say I was gonna allow myself to be crazy lazy this cruise. Energy is just beneath low atm.

 I'm curious if this was the standard on the last sailing. I was on 7/1 to 7/9, and the last show was abruptly cancelled. That night the majority of the playlist cast were down in ocean plaza singing and dancing. We thought maybe it was a technical issue. 

 

Also, ask Myo at alchemy for a buffalo agave old fashioned one of these nights.

Was able to sporadically stream the end of the Rangers game in the room (holy wild pitch walkoff win batman) and between that and reading, I’m probably taking it easy tonight. I’m not that sleepy/exhausted, but physically I’m just kinda worn down. Also, this way the casino can’t hurt me…..

You did 15 drinks yesterday and a bunch today in Key West. Even without extreme heat and humidity and walking today that calls for lots of rehydration. With the extreme heat and humidity it calls for an I.V. or lots of water and rest. You don't have a bag of saline, tubing and needle so rest up!

My neighbor - I only have one - really loves to watch TV. A lot. Problem is, I can hear almost every word because my room is SILENT. I don’t even think they’re playing it at an obnoxious volume worth complaining about. It’s just right above my head on the other side of the wall.

They just flushed their toilet and aggressively shut the bathroom door, so at least I know they aren’t sleeping with the TV cranking….

TV next door finally cut off around 12:45. Slept pretty well after that. Beautiful sunrise coming up off the bow, currently 6:30a ship time, bout an hour and a half into Freeport
