Priority Tendering: I'm Elite+ but it's her first cruise

We might take a 3rd party excursion at 9am.

 

Usually E/E+/Z meet at a location and we're escorted to a priority tender.

If the person in my room isn't Elite or above, is she allowed to come with me?

When you board go and see the captains club host, they will provide you friend with a new sea card with elite plus status. This will allow them to attend the same captains club events as you too.
