Has anyone used Shore Excursions Group?

We are taking a Mediterranean cruise and have been looking at different shore excursions. We have a couple excursions through NCL booked, a couple with Italy Tours booked and saw a couple of tours we liked with a company called Shore Excursions Group. Just wanted to know if anyone has used them and what they thought and would they recommend? TIA!!

A search would find many mentions.

 

They are a broker...they don't provide the tour. They take your money, and contract with a low bid local provider. Yes, this can get you some great prices. But there is also a well documented history of communication problems when you have an issue.

 

The very common recommendation here is to find the recommended local vendors here, and deal direct with them.

We have used Shore Excursions group many times and have had good communication with them. No issues.  They used to offer a discount if you booked through Costco travel but that has expired.
