Each cabin has a Starlink router which is probably the cause of your outage. We have, thank you for the suggestion. He has no clue. He just tells me that IT is working on it, same as the Retreat concierge. At this point, we don’t even know who to call. I don’t expect high-speed on the seas, but we are at zero here. Every once in a while, I can refresh and it will give me 500 Kbps for a minute before shutting down again. Thanks, Mike

We are in a Sky Suite and are supposed to have premium internet, but our cabin (and our neighbors) isn’t getting access. If I want to connect, I have to walk down the hall. Supposedly, they called IT at the lounge, but we haven’t seen anything. The concierge at The Retreat is patronizing, so we are going to have to escalate it, although not sure to whom. Elsewhere in the ship, premium gets about 4 Mbps. Mike Mike -- scan the Attention to Detail QR Code - they may call it something different now. It goes direct to Hotel Director. I had the same problem and they installed a router in my room that allowed me to get a signal. You will hear back quickly.

ElisabethGEE Posted August 1 #29 Share Posted August 1 Hello, we’re embarking on the Equinox on August 17th and I’d like to know if there are some special internet rates on board. I’d like to book the internet just for the sea days, but if it has to be very expensive, then I’d rather buy the premium WiFi package. does anyone know about the prices on board? thanks for your help! mef623 Posted August 3 #30 Share Posted August 3 Regarding our internet access, we have a winner! Contacted the Retreat Manager and our Retreat concierge began to take us a lot more seriously. She comped us a meal at one of the premium restaurants and will give us a future cruise credit. The internet is now working. We are happy with the outcome. Thanks for all of the advice!
