They’re in the app. It’s pretty much the same menu rotation for every ship

if menus  not loaded yet for your sailing,

in app click on head

Select a different cruise 

scroll down 

Browse our ships 

select the same ship and next weeks sailing date

Click dining

Note that there is some variation in the menus depending on destination, so while some of the menus are pretty much constant regardless of location, others are not.

 

So, using the list that @zimmerman posted as an example, if your 7-night cruise is in the Caribbean rather than the Med, you'd probably not have the UK and Mediterranean menus; you'd be more likely to have the Caribbean and Mexican ones instead.
