If my upgrade bid to Haven gets accepted, do we get all the amenities like premium beverage, unlimited premium wifi, etc.?

Have guests do not get any amenities like premium beverage package, unlimited premium wifi, etc. All are available for purchase, just like steerage passengers. There are no free drinks at the bar for suites guests. 

 

You get breakfast and lunch in a suites restaurant. And dinner on large ships (only). You get butler service and concierge service. 

 

All of the benefits below are dependent upon the ship you book on (small ship Haven versus large ship Haven).

These are paid upgrades - regardless of whether you’re in the Haven or not.  If you win a bid, you will have all the normal Haven perks like access the complex, bar, restaurant, priority embarkation/disembarkation, etc.  everything that’s included if you book the Haven outright.  But the beverage package and premium Wi-Fi need to be purchases separately.

You get the haven amenities but not the haven promotions.  For one example you don't get the extra latitudes point per night.  Here's a link to the FAQ : https://www.ncl.com/content/upgrade-advantage-faq

They must be very inconsistent in applying this.  Twice we’ve won bids into the Haven and got the extra latitude point both times.

You do not get amenities asked about by the OP.

Agreed the items mentioned by the OP you do not get.  They are not amenities so you don't get them as you note.

We were in a spa balcony cabin. We chose to upgrade to a Haven stateroom that did not have spa privileges, so we lost those. We are going to the Mediterranean in August, so I was OK with giving up the thermal spa amenities. Just FYI.
