Infinite Veranda Air Conditioning

We are considering an Infinite Veranda for next year on Ascent and of course we have heard good and bad.

I have heard that when the window is open and the shutter folding doors are open that the AC turns off. If the shutter folding doors are closed will the AC continue to work with the window open?

It doesn't matter if the shutters are open or not, as soon as the window is open the AC turns off

Basically I he folding doors are not connected to the a/C in any way

Also you can't open the window unless the blind is also open i e. you can't have fresh air and a darkened cabin.
