Are there any recommendations of hotels in Orlando with airport and cruise port shuttles?

No, because its almost an hour from Orlando to Port Canaveral. No hotel is going to shuttle you.

 

However, there are dozens of threads giving recommendations for shuttle services to do the transfer, along with the common recommendation for Uber/Lyft, or renting a car.
