Insigna - What are the Concierge "Services", Assets

Good morning from Iceland! Amazing geography!

I will be boarding Insignia Saturday for my 1st O cruise.

I am in a A1 category.

Finding it difficult to determine what is the concierge service I can access.

Would appreciate your assistance.

I believe the Grand Dining room is closed on most port days, which is most days for many cruises.  
 

Can you get lunch room service from the Grand Dining room on port days when it is closed?  I suspect the answer is no, but I am curious about this.

Just guessing but if no cooks in the GDR kitchen  then they will probably revert to  Room Service menu

 I believe the perk of  order lunch & dinner is just during dining hours   ..if they are not open  then probably no service from that restaurant

Do keep in mind that there is NO Concierge Lounge on the smaller R-class ships, unlike the large O-class ships.

The unlimited access to the AquaMar Spa is a wonderful perk. Nice sundeck with comfy loungers, w whirlpool, a steam room, spa water while you relax… I loved it.
