Will VV give existing reservations a current promotion?

VV currently has the promotion for booking by Aug 22 and getting $500 per cabin plus up to $600 bar tab for cruises from Miami through Apr 2024. I already have a cruise from Miami booked and fully paid for in January. If I contact them, are they likely to add the bar tab to my existing reservation?

We were able to cancel and rebook to get a new promotion.  I've never heard of them just adding a promotion that came along later.  We do not have the bar tab on our upcoming cruise which we booked a year ago. The only way we could get it would be to cancel and rebook, but the price has increased to the point that this doesn't make sense.  If you used a TA, contact them and get their response--but I don't think it will work.  Doesn't hurt to ask, I guess.  You probably got some sort of promotion on your existing booking, so do compare the current booking cost vs. your cost,

As mentioned above, you'll have to cancel and rebook to get the current promotions. VV does not add things like Bar Tab or additional money off. 

 

That $500 off per cabin has been running for a while, it's already baked into the prices you see online.
