Yes,  the Goat Cheese Souffle.   

 

We first discovered this in the SS United States restaurant a long time ago,  and we would often ask for it when we cruised in suites.

 

Usually got the Blue Cheese though, I think we got lucky one time.

 

Its a good icebreaker for the waiters you get to know, so you never know.
