I am on the B2B Reykjavik - Quebec - NYC cruises starting September 8th. Where can I find the dress for each evening?

See if your TA can find the answer from Crystal but even if they do it can change. The information is not part of what you see in My Account. I have suggested they incorporate it into my account but I know they have a lot of things in progress.

I expect you will have two formals on the first cruise.

Likely September 9 and September 17.

Second cruise one formal and logic tells me September 21.

Again, see if your TA can contact Crystal for you.

Your first day appears with restaurant options and on this page Dress Code is shown. For subsequent days, scroll back and click on the small right hand  > symbol.

I hope that’s correct, but persevere. For us it was trial and error!

I did this and every single night showed Smart Casual.

The default is Smart Casual as that is how it is on most nights. They do not show the formal nights at the present time.
