Is Regent still automatically doing nightly turndown service?

Make sure they know ahead of time. Your Travel Agent can let them know, or you can call the main Regent number. They'll certainly fix it for you on that first day if it's not the way you want it, but it's easier all around if they can do it during the turn around

They have only forgotten to have it set up that way once when we have our TA remind them ahead of time. And it was done before bedtime on that cruise with many apologies.
