Is it royal or celebrity providing the lunch coco cay

Hi 

When a ship from royal is docked at coco cay simultaneously with celebrity. Who will be proving lunch, royal or celebrity?  I love Coco cay and royal but their lunch is not that good.

Pretty sure food and beverage will be Royal, which is not great. The funnel cake cart was delicious though. The big question I have is:

 

Are Celebrity passengers going to be treated like criminals and be forced to check out towels?

I wouldn't expect any changes, it is still a Royal location and will follow Royal policies...
