Booking Dining for Party when Some are Haven and Some are not

We are traveling next June. My mom, sister and brother are in the Haven. Dh and myself are in a balcony, not a club balcony. Haven booking is 130 days out, dh and I will be able to book 120 days out.

Will it be a big deal if we just wait to the 120 day mark?

 

Also, since we are on two reservations, how does that work? I can only book 2 through the app and the rest of my family, 3.

 

I'd appreciate any advice from those who have had similar situations.

You can book for as many people as you like (subject to availability).

 

Just get the people in the Haven to book a table for 5. It will probably actually have to be for 6 as bookings for odd numbers are rarely (these days it seems to be never) available. Book for 6 and it will be fine when 5 of you arrive.

Have someone in the suite book them through pre-cruise concierge and have them book for all of you.
