Name change after final payment

After final payment booked with third party…

if four passengers can’t make it in one of the cabins, can we change it to four others that can now come?

Name changes are allowed up until the manifest is submitted...sometime around 24 to 48 hours prior to sailing.  Royal does not charge. Your TA might. 

 

One original name must remain on the reservation.

Yes

  So that means in a quad cabin you could swap out 3 names.
