Royal caribbean Normandy excursions

Just wondering if Royal usually does an excursion to Normandy Beaches or do we need to book from a local tour company.  Doing Transatlantic  in April 2024 and so far only ship excursion in Le Havre is Paris on you own.

Consider cross posting on the RCL forum as it is an RCL specific question and there will be more chances of Royal pax who called there seeing it  and responding.

 

And should there be none and you are looking for an alternative, probably best to ignore any shorex to Paris as the city will be in chaos as preparations for the Summer Olympic Games will be well underway.  Maybe mention this to others in your RC in case they have either forgotten or didn't know that Paris will be the host city.

Thank you!  I decided to book tour to Normandy beaches with OVERLORDTOUR so problem is solved.

They are fabulous. You’ll have a great time!

 

One tip: before you go, watch or re-watch “The Longest Day.”  The production values are a little cheesy by today’s standards, but the history is spot on. (In fact, our guide from Overlord Tours asked if we’d seen the film!)  A bonus: just about every male movie star or soon to be star of the 1960s is in the film.

I have to say my Normandy excursion was the highlight of my TA cruise. It is definitely powerful but I think everyone needs to do this tour if they can.
