Can toddlers swim in the new pool at the port in La Romana with swim diapers?

My SIL reported that they were not allowing diapered children in the pool. All needed to be potty trained

Does it say that on a sign somewhere?  I haven't seen any pictures of the pool rules.  I know in Amber Cove they could a year ago.

Is this pool area a carnival only thing??? It's the first time I've seen it and I'm usually up to speed on these things. They slipped one by me. We love Amber Cove and are hoping this is similar.

It’s in the new La Romana port, our NCL Sky was using it for several back to back cruises, Jan-Apr this year. Nice port but not as developed as Taino. Really nice pool area though. Besides the pool, nothing else to do other than shop and drink (some food but not a lot of choices).
