We were recently on the Norwegian Encore and had the great fortune to dine at the Haven. The Encore has an amazing Haven Restaurant with both inside dining room and outside dining room for al fresco dining.

Very easy to make your own from the cold buffet.  Wife has done it repeatedly.

On Prima, I gathered up the lox, cream cheese, capers and onions from the buffet and then requested toasted bagel and lettuce and assembled myself. No problem. I'm sure they'd even assemble it for you in the Haven, if you ask nicely.

Thanks for updating this thread.

Two things.

first, I tried the poached eggs meurette and found it less than appealing. 

second, they need to add biscuits and gravey.  I fully intend to see if they can provide on my next cruise.

My wife asked about toasted bagels on the first day and they were on the buffet every day there after.  She will be thrilled to see the herring.  BTW, did I mention she is German?

The smoked salmon had been removed from the buffet pre-pandemic. It made a reappearance after the pandemic restart. But is gone again.

Thank you for posting! This is awesome. Beats my photos and lack of descriptions. I'm even more antsy to get onboard in 69 days.
