Does the Québec train station have luggage storage?

We will be arriving on October 19 in Québec. We are unable to check-into our hotel till 4 pm. Can I luggage be stored at the Train station?

most hotels will hold your bags until check in time

If you're arriving by railroad, you can leave your baggage with Via Rail Canada for a small charge. But if the hotel is not out of your way, it would likely be most convenient to leave it at the hotel gratis.
