What are the must do's on the Venezia especially on sea days?

Currently, we have one specialty restaurant booked for day two sea day.  Teppanyaki, which my wife looooooooves.

we are going out of nyc so the first night, i understand, the casino is closed.   we have drinks on us package in casino so i'll probably try to minimize alcohol consumption during sailaway.   Could easy be down a couple hundred bucks first night, ha!

If I had to do over I would do the Steakhouse over IL Viaggio the Italian Restaurant.

so you don't recommend the Italian Restaurant on the Italian style ship?

well that's sad...one would assume extra effort would be made for it to be excellent 😞

great news on the casino being open, i can lose some money and try to break even on free dranks!

i had forgotten about the asian lunch at seafood shack, will definitely have to check that out after i binge a few guy-burgers the first couple days.

I hope your guys burgers will be better than mine a month ago. The WORST burger I have ever had on a Carnival ship. I was one of the first on the ship and to get a burger but man it was bad. I don't think I could even say it was sitting out for a while, but maybe? I didn't get another the rest of the cruise as I lost the interest.

Bonsai Sushi is fantastic if you enjoy sushi. Szolt makes a fantastic Old Fashioned (works at Heroes Bar and Frazzante). Decks 8/9/10 front of the ship is a great viewing area. Deck 5 outside is quiet and perfect to relax. Quest is a blast (late night adult only team challenge in the limelight lounge).

Have a blast!

Had the chance to try my first guys burger on our sailing last week.  I wondered what the hype was all about surrounding a burger.  Almost anyone that I've spoken with regarding food onboard Carnival mentions it for some reason.  Made me wonder.  It is just a burger after all.  I mean even the 'best' burger is still just a burger.  We tried it twice, yup just a burger.  Absolutely fine, but no reason for excitement.  Of course this coming from someone who doesn't really crave burgers all that often.

Love a good Old Fashioned!  Will have to find this bartender on our November 9th cruise.
