TSA question please.

Can our two grandkids (under 12) go through TSA with us for our flight? The website says parents/guardian.

From experience in August with our grandkids on domestic flights with the same confirmation umber, they were able to go thru with us.

Per TSA Under 12 can go through Pre without restriction.  13 to 17 should have a Pre Indictator on their BP if on the same reservation as a Pre adult.

If your hang up is the word "guardian" you should be fine.  Should apply to anyone escorting them through security.

If you’re cruising, you should have permission slips that give you “guardian” status.

Our DS and DIL are sailing with us so that's not needed. We just thought it would be easier to take the grandkids with us through TSA. We're all on the same flight.

 

I'm very aware of the permission form needed and I provide that link often here on CC for those that might need it...but thanks.
