Freedom questions....

I tried finding a post on this but was unsuccessful....

1. Do the cabins have shampoo and conditioner in them? 

2. Are there trams or other means of transportation to get from the ship to CocoCay?  I have difficulty walking long distances and am hoping to be able to enjoy the beach, etc. 

3. Is there still a separate boarding lounge (in Miami) for Diamond+ members? 

It's been many years since I've sailed and I know from this site a lot has changed since my last cruise.  

Any additional information would be appreciated.  Thanks so much!

Hi michuck,

my wife and I were on Freedom last week. Shampoo, body wash and conditioner all in one in the shower. I recently had an injury, so walking was difficult. They will pick you up right by the gangplank, no waiting if you mention your problem.

D+ priority lines and waiting area are long gone.

They have wheel chair help to get from the ship to the trams.

JS and above have soap, shampoo and conditioner, hit and miss for standard cabins.  

Any other questions just ask.

The tram service was great. We got on a took it to the farthest point we could. Enjoyed a nice quiet beach day and caught one of the last trams back to the ship.

You mentioned you were Diamond+ and if you have over 340Pts., you also can ask for shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion bottles.
