All fares are refundable  until final payment.

Then there is an escalating percentage that isn't refundable.

The only way around this is to get cancellation for any reason insurance.  Even then there will be some percentage lost if you cancel.

Careful because not everyone is from Alabama,,, in this case the OP is not from the US and NCL and travel agents in other countries don't necessarily do what the US does.

All cruises I have booked through NCL have had refundable deposits up until final payment. Final payment has always been around 120 days out.

I believe in the UK, deposits are non-refundable, period. (I know OP is from Canada, just piggybacking onto @BirdTravels's helpful advice)
